Directions
Follow M-43 to Delton Road, turn west then turn left into the second driveway. Signs will be posted.
Show is Juried
I agree to abide all event rules. If selling food, I will follow all applicable Michigan food safety regulations and/or Cottage Food Laws. I understand failure to comply may result in removal from the event and possible legal actions. WE reserve the right to reject any items deemed to be substandard. We will contact you ONLY if there is an issue with your application or items; if you are not contacted, you will have a booth.
Duplicate Vendors
Vendors will be admitted on a first-come-first-service-basis. If we receive multiple applications from a vendor already represented, we will return the other application and fees received. It would be appreciated if you contact us regarding the products you are selling before sending the application so we can avoid having to return fees. There may be duplicate vendor types of products but with different names. Any crafter will be allowed a booth, and we would not consider a crafter to be a duplicated vendor that would have the same exact items as any other vendor.
Returning Crafter Preference
Returning crafters will be given preference for their 2025 space if the application is returned by June 30, 2026.
Space
Most spaces in the gymnasium are 10’ by 10’. Most spaces in the hallways are 6’ by 12’.
Tables
Tables will be available at a charge of $10.00 per table. Sizes may vary, but they will be at least 4’ long. Tables MUST be ordered in advance.
7:00 A.M. — Set-Up Begins
Set-up time will start at 7:00 A.M. on the day of the show. Each crafter/vendor must report to the registration table BEFORE set-up. NO EXCEPTIONS! You may request specific spaces ahead of time but we can not guarantee your choice.
9:00 A.M. — Craft Show Opens
The Craft Show will be open to the public from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her display, set-up, protecting personal property and clean up.
Lunch
You can order food from any of the local restaurants, and there will be food available on-site to purchase for lunch. If you would rather, you can bring your own lunch. Coffee and doughnuts will be provided at no charge during set-up ONLY with a ticket provided by Boosters. There will be a charge for them after 9:00 A.M. while still available.
3:00 P.M. — No Take Down Before This Time
NO TAKE DOWN BEFORE 3:00 P.M. This causes a huge disruption to other crafters, vendors and shoppers.
Responsibility Notice
The Delton Community Athletic Boosters and Delton Kellogg Schools WILL NOT be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or defacement of any property displayed, no matter how caused.
